Are there any hidden fees?

Absolutely not - Instapay was developed as a labour of love in order to allow small businesses to have a flexible cheap method of taking an online payment via Credit or Debit Cards. You pay the Annual fee and Stripes transaction fees (currently 1.4% + 25c)

Can I refund customers?

Using your Stripe dashboard you can easily track payments and make refunds - please check stripes documentation on this.

Do I need an app or any other equipment?

Nope! Instapay can be accessed via a simple link which looks like e.g. instapay.ie/mybusiness Simply send your clients the link for them to pay or have the link open on your PC, Apple Mac, Tablet or Smartphone and you can take the clients payment details yourself!

Cancelling Instapay

Unlike physical goods, electronically distributed software can be easily copied. Once we have distributed a release version to the customer, the sale is final, and you may not return the software for a refund or credit. Please be cautious and make sure you know what you are purchasing.
We cannot refund based on "your software is not what I need" basis.
